Privacy Policy

1. Core Principle — Fully Offline First

HYSS365 is built on a Single-File Architecture, meaning the notes, records, and category data you enter into the app are stored only on your device's local storage. The Company does not collect or receive this data on any external server, and the App functions offline without a network connection.

However, limited information (such as a purchase-verification identifier) may exceptionally be processed where necessary for essential service operations, including license verification, and users will be notified in advance in such cases. Even then, the content of your records (notes, categories, etc.) entered into the App is never included.

2. Information We Collect

In principle, the Company does not collect the content of your records (notes entered under Today/Someday, category classifications, etc.). However, information may be processed in the following exceptional cases.

• When you personally use the "AI Copy" feature to transmit content to an external AI service — in this case, the information transmitted and how it is handled follows the privacy policy of the specific AI service you connect to.
• When you personally generate a backup file (HTML/PDF) and save it to a cloud service or via email — this process occurs through an external service you choose (iCloud, email, etc.) and does not pass through the Company's servers.
• Your sender email address and inquiry content, when you send an inquiry through the Contact page using your own email app.

3. Purpose of Use

• Responding to inquiries and providing customer support
• Reference for service improvement (limited to inquiry content)

4. Retention and Destruction of Information

Records stored within the App remain only on your device until you delete the App or delete the data yourself. Email addresses and other information collected through inquiries are destroyed immediately after the inquiry has been resolved.

5. Disclosure to Third Parties

Except where required by law, the Company does not provide your personal information to third parties.

6. Your Rights

You may view, modify, or delete the records stored on your device at any time. You may also request to view, correct, or delete any personal information you provided through an inquiry — please contact us at the address below and we will process your request promptly.

7. Children's Privacy

This service is not directed at children under the age of 14, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
