Click on what you need, find your answer instantly
Whether you're just getting started with HYSS365 or you've been using it for a while — this guide is organized so you can jump straight to what you need.
01 · Getting Started
Getting Started
Pick a category, type your note, hit save — that's the entire app in three steps. No complicated setup required.
Choose a category from the dropdown at the top of the screen. If you're not sure, just leave it on "Inbox."
Type whatever's on your mind into the note field.
Press Save and it's stored instantly, timestamped with today's date.
Note — Saved notes stay only on your device (browser). Nothing is sent to our servers.
02 · The Two Screens
Today vs Someday
The two tabs at the top of the screen are the core structure of HYSS365.
Today — Things to handle today. Meant for quick capture, in and out. Someday — Things you'll revisit later, not right now. Search, backup, and AI-copy tools all live here.
Don't worry if you drop a note in the wrong tab. Every note card has a "Move to Today" / "Move to Someday" button so you can shift it anytime.
Tip — If you're unsure where a new note belongs, put it in Someday first. Keep Today reserved for "things I'll finish today" and the list stays clean.
03 · Categories
Understanding Categories
Perfect categorization isn't required. When in doubt, drop it in "Inbox" — you can always change it later with the edit button.

04 · With AI
Working with AI
In the Someday tab, check the boxes on the notes you want, then hit AI Copy — the selected notes are copied to your clipboard as one block.
Check the notes you want to organize
Click AI Copy → copied to clipboard
Paste (Cmd+V) into ChatGPT, Claude, or any AI chat you like
Try asking things like:
Group these notes by theme
Point out any recurring patterns or concerns in here
Pick the top 3 priorities for this week from these
05 · Search & Manage
Search & Manage
Type a keyword into the search bar on the Someday tab and the list filters instantly as you type. It searches across content, category, and date.
Select Results — If checking off search results one by one feels tedious, type your search term and hit this button instead. Every note currently visible on screen gets checked at once, ready for AI Copy or Delete Selected.
Note — Search currently supports exact word/phrase matching only. AND/OR combined search is being considered for a future update.
06 · Backup & Restore
Backup & Restore
This is the feature people find most confusing, so here's the full walkthrough.
How to back up
Click the Backup button in the Someday tab
All your notes are automatically written into the search bar as plain text
Select all (Cmd+A) → Copy (Cmd+C)
Paste it anywhere you like to keep it — Notes app, Notion, a cloud doc
How to restore
Copy your saved backup text in full
Click into the search bar, then paste with Cmd+V
The moment you paste, a "▶ Run" button appears in the search bar — click it
The text is automatically split back into individual notes and fully restored
⚠ Important — HYSS365 stores data separately based on where the file is opened from (its path). If you move the file to a different folder or rename it, that file starts out empty again. Whenever you switch devices or the file path changes, you must go through backup → restore to carry your notes forward.
07 · FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Where is my data stored?
Everything is stored only on your device (browser). Nothing is sent to an external server, so to see your notes on another device you'll need to go through backup → restore.
How do I switch languages?
Click the ENG / KOR button in the top right. Buttons, instructions, and popup messages all switch over together.
Does search support AND/OR logic?
Not yet. Only exact word/phrase matching is supported right now. AND/OR combined search may be revisited in a future minor update.
I deleted a note by mistake — can I recover it?
If you confirmed the delete popup instead of cancelling, it can't be undone. If you're keeping a lot of important notes, we recommend backing up regularly to keep a separate text copy.
